| Job Description: | • Should have experience in Banking domain - corporate banking, mobile banking and online banking • Experience in Chatbot testing (Translating/Localizing Communications, functions and features, and provide localization quality assurance to our websites and app UI (IOS & Android)) • Design and perform functional testing, participate in design & development for test automation, assist business users, perform defect management and root cause analysis. • Should be familiar with any test case /Defect management tool (Confluence / JIRA ) • Native Arabic speaking and writing skills are mandatory. • Up-to-date awareness of current and common technical language usage in the target language. • Be a subject matter expert for linguistic issues in the target language; can research and resolve linguistic questions. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English required. |
