• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. • Set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies in the industry. This may include finding new strategies for automation testing and day to day work processes like agile and scrum. • Good understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins/Azure Pipeline) and DevOps Concepts is preferred • Experience in writing automation tools/framework (API/Selenium/Appium) • Experience in building automation framework and automating complex features • Experience in report generation and publish the reports to the project stakeholders • More responsible for the actions in meeting the release criteria and deadlines. • Review User Stories with business analysts, designers and developers to ensure tests are appropriate to demonstrate that delivered solution meets agreed requirements • Collaboration with PM (Project managers), Dev leads and others in the project. • Implementation of test methodology and processes. • Mentoring the team members and delegating the work appropriately • Maintain and review test results/reports, issue tracking, and prepare the test summary report and publish to stakeholders Core Competencies |
