| Job Description: | Shall have good experience in the Telecom OSS/BSS or ERP projects. * Minimum of six (6) years working experience in IT Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team leadership roles * Possessed a valid certification in Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) by International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) or equivalent AND * Have experience in using Test Automation Tool for IT Software Quality Assurance in the above mentioned TM BSS eco system or ERP. * Possessed a valid certification as Certified Tester Foundation Level - Test Manager or Test Analyst by ISTQB, or other equivalent international professional bodies * Possessed a valid certification as Certified Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance or other equivalent international professional bodies * Experienced in IT Software Quality Assurance project in Telecommunication Service Provider company * Experienced in Exploratory, Error Guessing, Fault Attack and Checklist testing techniques * Experienced in Migration Testing * Experienced in Mobility Testing * Experienced in managing IT Software Quality Assurance project(s) in BSS or ERP projects * Experienced and knowledgeable in implementing Agile and DevOps framework for the operation and system maintenance and support * Excellent command in English language * Excellent presentation skills * Strong in estimation methods and requirement analysis * Good knowledge of Automation framework design * Experienced in HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) * Experienced in other Test Automation Software Tool * Excellent skills in writing and fine tuning SQL stored procedures * Excellent coding skills in multiple programming languages * End to end automation experience, feasibility assessment and framework building * Very strong knowledge in SQL and relational database principles * Very strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills * Share details on the automation scripts and guide team members on execution requirements * Centralised storage of scripts in an organised manner and share updates * Able to highlight risks and suggest mitigation, clearly communication gaps, blockers or dependencies * Experienced and able to provide consultancy in determining business workflow and application KPIs * Experienced and able to provide consultancy services in defining project design and development activities * Possessed strong knowledge in problem solving process and able to provide solution with scenarios of complex issues * Experienced with complex systems and software architectures |
