Should be strong in test processes and methodologies
· Very good experience in understanding of requirements
· Strong skills in test design, execution, Defect logging,
· Good Communication skill
· Should have good knowledge in SQL and QC/ALM

· Flexible hours and hard working
Domain:
Airline domain knowledge (Reservation, DCS, ETKT, Fares)
· Manual Testing
· Hands on experience in QC/ALM (added advantage)
· Good Communication skills
Management:
Should have handled a team of 15+ resources and should be people oriented
* Knowledge and working in Agile methodology and Agile metrics is required
* Should be good in test strategy, recommendations, testing metrics, Testing Lifecycle, test processes and test estimation
* Should be able to propagate and implement test strategy recommendations across SCRUM teams, provide test strategy and metrics recommendations to customer and other stakeholders
* Excellent client handling skills and oral and written communication, however respecting the principles of working with self-organised Agile teams
* Should also be able to coach and mentor team members
