Job Description:Create ,modify and maintain manual testing suite for System Testing
Coordinate with stakeholders as and when needed to understand requirements
Document testing problems and resolutions for future reference, maintain defect logs and issue logs wherever applicable
Participate in the development of technical documentation and user manuals wherever assigned
Communicate effectively with team members and all the stakeholders of the project
Train other members on the application /tool as required
Good reporting skills to concerned stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Technical Skills: Manual testing tool knowledge
Defect Management Tool Knowledge
Application /Domain Knowledge: Oracle ERP - HRMS modules knowledge
Knowledge on HRMS - Self Service modules,Payroll,Compensation workbench and Performance Management
