| Job Description: | Requirement: • Over 10 + years of technical experience (Experience in BFSI is preferred) • Formulate and execute testing solutions for customers. • Help formulate and capture testing requirements. • Ideate, conceptualize and drive automated test solutions. • Provide enterprise mobility test strategy and work with application design architects to formulate reference models for mobility testing solutions and articulate the strengths and weaknesses of approaches . • Provide competitive analysis and articulate value proposition. • Drive the end-end solution test lifecycle with the development teams on shore and offshore. • Collaborate with sales teams in taking new products and solutions to the market • Work with account teams and customers on specific customer opportunities including ideation workshops, requirements gathering sessions • Keep abreast of technology developments and mobility applications across industry verticals and appraise practice leadership of the same • Adhere to all clients’ Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines • Create and maintain mobile testing laboratory including customer specific labs • Architect solutions in the lab for continuous integration, continuous testing, version controlling, automated testing of app and backend services, including for functionality, performance, security, UI, Usability, etc. • Perform product bench marking of market products that feature in the mobile testing solution such as automation tools, device cloud, integration services, etc. • Provide though leadership with appropriate white papers • Hand hold delivery during initial phases in setting up customer specific labs |
