| Job Description: | Business Analysis 1. Self-motivation and drive to work with minimal supervision 2. 2 yrs. of Experience in Business Analysis. 3. Good communication skills and should know software development life cycle 4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills 5. Develop the business case/plan for the application. 6. Create process flow diagrams to represent the business flows (Mock up, Wireframe) 7. Create the functional requirement specifications and business architecture of the application 8. Elaborate the user stories for each requirement. 9. Manage the requirements End to End. 10. Exposure to Agile Development methodology 11. Manage change requests for the application 12. Engage with visual designers to design the User Interface for the product. 13. Engage with solution architect to develop the technical design for the product. 14. Coordinate with multiple teams for smooth implementation of the application 15. Organize periodic review meetings with the customers and Conduct Product Demos 16. Should have exposure to Web Applications & Mobile application 17. * Should have ability to manage multiple projects. 18. SMAC space ( Social , Mobile, Analytics and Cloud) with good experience on UI / wire framing skills |
