Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Taking Care of End To End Recruitment Process
* Searching/sourcing potential candidates from various sources viz., job portals
(Monster, Naukri & Social media), company databases, referrals and networking.
* Analyzing and understanding job requirements from account managers and clients
* Understanding the requirement of the client with respect to technical and general aspects.
* Screening and Short listing of candidates as per requirement for various positions-for IT Sectors. Strong sourcing exp in engineering domain, Networking, Embedded.
* Contacting the candidates through mail and phone and taking a brief interview.
* Follow up with the clients regarding the recruitment status of the submitted candidates.
* Screening and referring candidates to the appropriate managers, follows up on interviews with managers and applicants, and assisting managers in hiring candidates or notifying candidates if not selected.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates with clients as per the schedule requested by the account manager / client.
* Follow up with successful candidate till he/she joins the organization.
* Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the activities undertaken, attending daily conference calls with the clients. Procuring consent from the candidates for processing,
Coordinating the interviews and also sort out their problems by providing information regarding the client and interview.
* Organize and coordinate information, Schedule, Feedback and Follow Up actions on profiles processed
