| Job Description: | § The behavioral requirements of this role are as follows: § High level of personal commitment to each task, a can do attitude and a drive to deliver. § Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels. § Ability to gather and understand requirements, create test plans and result documents § The ability to have a proactive approach to problem solving § Good analysis skills in order to aid in trouble shooting and problem solving § Good testing principles as well as good defect management skills § Strong Project Planning capability § Demonstrated ability to Lead and Coordinate, and Assist multiple § Teams and projects in local and remote locations. o Roles & Responsibilities: § Project staff assignments. § Perform toll gate inspection of deliverables. § Support project escalations with application teams and technology partners. § Provide clear and proactive communication to management. § Identifying and Assisting project teams with application and system tuning needs. § Participate in process definition and training. o Qualifications § Strong technical documentation skills § Knowledge of testing methodology, automated test/load tools (i.e.LoadRunner) and test documentation procedures If interested Please share Your Profile in our Jobportal (http://www.novaturetech.com/jobs/).
