For example – Billing(BSCS/CBiO/IX Collections/CBS) , Charging System (Ericsson CS, Huawei), CRM - Siebel , Oracle - OBRM etc. 5. Order Management - ConceptWave, Oracle Service Management (OSM) etc. 6.
