3. Strong in Telecom functional knowledge. Either CRM / Billing / Charging
4. Strong in at least one or two applications from one of the functional areas. For example – Billing(BSCS/CBiO/IX Collections/CBS) , Charging System (Ericsson CS, Huawei), CRM - Siebel , Oracle - OBRM etc.
5. Order Management - ConceptWave, Oracle Service Management (OSM) etc.
