Job Description
Primary Requirements:
ü Overall experience of 6+ years in IT and specifically on software testing areas.
ü Strong fundamental knowledge on Performance test methodology and process.
ü Application lifecycle (performance) testing experience
ü Test scenario/case design, development and review experience (from business requirements)
ü Solid 4-year experience in implementing and delivering end to end performance test solution using VS 2010/2013/2015.
ü Hard core expertise of at least 3 years minimum on performance engineering for analyzing hot spots & instrumentations.
ü Good Experience with Visual Studio Online Service for Load testing and Application Insight tool for monitoring cloud platform.
ü Good Experience with Web Tests, Unit Tests, and Load Tests in Visual Studio
ü Performance Engineering Knowledge for On-Premise & Cloud based Solution.
ü Proficient knowledge on C# programming skills.
ü In-depth knowledge to performance test monitoring and analysis using PERFMON and in-depth knowledge of specific server counters and its implications, Solution based Performance Instrumentation & Profiling needs.
ü Net application troubleshooting experience (Windbg, App and DB Profiling, memory profiling etc.)
ü Proficient in MS SQL Server, SQL and data manipulation, and tuning
ü Able to work with technical (architects, application developers, DBAs, testers) and non-technical (project leads, business managers) partners to scope and manage the performance testing engagement.
ü Good to have Performance testing exposure (at Level 200) knowledge of application using XML, WCF, SOAP, and ASP.Net
Supporting Skills:
ü Strong written and oral communication skills and team player
ü Understands how enterprise-class server software (from architecture stand point) and hardware operates (networking, SAN storage, remote management).
ü Familiarity with Active Directory concepts (user accounts, machine accounts, effective permissions) and Solution Installation (CRM, SP or Custom ASP .NET)
