| Job Description: | • Should have experience in Banking domain - corporate banking, mobile banking and online banking • Experience in Chatbot testing (conversation and voice testing, multiple instructions in a request, conversations with background noises, different dictions, localization needs, ability of the Chatbot to help in user navigation and the ability to handle errors etc.,) • Devise and implement test strategy, design and perform functional testing, participate in design & development for test automation, assist business users, perform defect management, root cause analysis and reporting. • Should be familiar with any test case /Defect management tool (Confluence / JIRA ) • Working knowledge of Kanban or other visual management methodologies. • Excellent Communication (English) and team handling skill. • Familiarity with technologies like AngularJS, NodeJS, MongoDB |
