| Job Description: | Key Responsibility Areas : *Design Performance Test Scripts for enterprise applications based on Requirements. *Participate in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes. *Perform Performance Engineering & Performance Improvement activities *Run and manage performance test campaigns. *Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports. *Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to improve system performance. *Assume primary responsibility as Performance Testing SPOC *Good understanding of CI/CD(Jenkins) and DevOps Concepts is preferred *Strong analytical skills and high aptitude to learn and adapt new processes Core Competencies : Written & Verbal Communication: Good interpersonal skills, verbal communication skills and able to communicate clearly. Ability to write clear and concise documents, etc. Team Working: Able to work reliably and responsibly with internal and external colleagues to achieve development and organizational goals as a member of a team. Work independently, take ownership of problems within own area of knowledge and accountable for the quality of own work and team output. A proactive, team player with the ability to work in dynamic environments. Experience and Education: *Minimum 4-5 Years of Relevant Experience in IT Performance Testing. *Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management. *Expertise in Performance Testing tools using JMeter / Blaze Meter. *Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests. *Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessarily follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments. *Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications. *Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis. *Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. *Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues. *Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application. |
