| Job Description: | Minimum of Five (5) years working experience in IT Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Delivery projects inclusive of experience in the Telecom OSS/BSS or ERP projects...Upper salary will be 25k malaysian ringitt....Two weeks accomodation will be given by client. * Possessed a valid certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institution (PMI), OR Projects In Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) * Possessed a valid certification in PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) or other equivalent international professional bodies * Experienced in managing IT Software Quality Assurance project(s) in BSS or ERP projects * Experienced and knowledgeable in implementing Agile and DevOps framework * Excellent presentation skills * Strong in estimation methods and requirement analysis * Strong experience in Mobility Testing * Good knowledge of Performance Testing * Good knowledge of Automation framework design * Good knowledge of Application Security Testing * Good knowledge of Usability Testing * Good knowledge of Cross Browser Testing * Project Delivery Manager who shall be responsible for the overall management of the project delivery and ensuring that all projects and programs within TM system are well managed and that the project goals are achieved in alignment with expectations. * The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the performance of the team by recruiting, training, coaching, and developing the project team. * The Project Delivery Manager manages relationships with multiple stakeholders, oversees and ensures the quality delivery of the team’s assigned projects. * The Project Delivery Manager collects, measures, reports and communicates project progress with variety of leaders or groups internally and externally. * The Project Delivery Manager understands the project goals and objectives. This is to ensure that projects are setup to achieve the required goals, managed and successfully delivered within scope, schedule, budget and aligned with standards and life cycle. * The Project Delivery Manager shall conduct review meetings with the stake holders (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly). |
