Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas :
Conduct performance testing activities, including load, stress, endurance, and
scalability testing, to identify system limitations and performance bottlenecks.
Develop comprehensive performance test plans, outlining test objectives, scope, testing strategies, and resource requirements.
Create and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools
(e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) to simulate real-world scenarios.
Execute performance tests, monitor system behavior, and analyze test results
to identify performance issues and root causes.
Collaborate with development teams to fine-tune application performance,
optimize SQL queries, and recommend code-level improvements.
Prepare detailed performance test reports, including findings,
recommendations, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Contribute to the automation of performance testing processes and integrate
performance tests into the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
pipeline.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of test plans, test cases, and test
results.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers,
and system administrators, to address performance-related issues.
