Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
Developing test automation frameworks and utilities to support testing efforts.
Executing automated test suites and analyzing results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Troubleshooting test failures and identifying root causes.
Collaborating with developers to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in test automation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in automated software testing using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
Strong programming skills in Java or similar object-oriented languages.
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with BrowserStack cross-browser testing tools.
Knowledge of agile methodologies is desirable.
