Job Summary
Responsibilities:
• Test, troubleshoot and analyze software functionality, and user interfaces
• Perform Manual, Functional, System Integration, Regression and UI (User Interface) testing
• Liaise and work closely with Software Developers, Product Owners and business
stakeholders where defined
• Participate in feature development and drive quality into development process
• Plan, design, and execute tests the Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing and Community
cloud) modules like - Account, Leads and conversion, Opportunity, Contact, Data
loader, Reports & Dashboard, SF Integrations etc., landscape to include all potential use
cases for successful negative testing.
• Ensure test cases align with requirements and adhere to a clear set of quality standards
and guidelines
• Develop a strong and productive relationship with internal customers (business users)
• For each component of the solution, all individual user stories and its various scenarios
are successfully tested.
• Usability testing of the front end customer facing systems
