| Job Description: | Job Overview: Job Title: Technical Lead - Performance Engineering Location: IN-TN-Chennai Overview: Job Title: Technical Lead (Performance Engineering) Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong focus on Performance Engineering (PE) over Performance Testing (PT). The candidate should be a problem solver with out-of-the-box thinking and strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: * Performance Engineering: Lead end-to-end performance testing and engineering activities for single or multiple projects. Identify, analyse, and fix performance issues. * Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with LoadRunner web-services and web protocols. Familiarity with other load and automation tools will be beneficial. * Systems Analysis: Analyse various system components including Load-balancer, WebServer, AppServer, MS-SQL & Oracle Database. Experience with NewRelic, WCF WebService, Kubernetes, and SiteCore CMS. * Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems rather than stating them. Log analysis skills are essential. * Team Collaboration: Build rapport with stakeholders and influence decisions in team meetings. Mentor team members with technical skills and contribute to the team’s knowledge. * Reviews: Perform design(HLD & LLD) reviews Qualifications: * Proven experience in Performance Engineering. * Strong technical skills, including experience with LoadRunner, NewRelic, WCF WebService, Kubernetes, and SiteCore CMS. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. * Strong team player with the ability to mentor and lead. Note: This role is more focused on Performance Engineering (PE) than Performance Testing (PT). |
